One, it might be there jobs. Some jobs require you being their from eight in the morning to six at night, and some jobs may require you to be there longer. So once you go home and eat a supper, then it's about time for a person to head to bed. Two, on top of a person's job, some people have family to go home and attend to. It's not right to neglect your family. When kids start getting in middle school and older, they start getting involved in sports and outside activities. Most parents like to attend sporting events or other activities to support their children. This takes time away from dieting, exercising, and sleeping. Three, some people have mental and emotional problems that keep them from dieting, exercising, and sleeping right. Some people have bad habits they can't break; other people are just to lazy to diet, exercise, and sleep right to be healthy. Overall, many people have busy schedules that keep them from dieting, exercising, and sleeping right.
